We all love to crush on celebrity style, from the Oscars red carpet to their homes. Here are three celebrity homes we love with different style inspirations.
Julianne Hough. Her style is warm, cozy, chic, bohemian and just all around California cool. With neutral tones, warm woods, varying textures and vintage pieces, her home invites you in to relax and stay awhile. Several on trend things we noticed are the painted kitchen cabinets, subway kitchen tile, and french riviera chairs in the kitchen. We loved her modern, slightly retro dining room light fixture. Our Loren, Amelia or Gambit chandeliers can achieve the same look. The modern light fixture plays so well against the natural shaped wood table and matching wood chairs. The Jute rug under the table also adds a natural element, and we have one in several sizes that could bring her look to your space. Get inspired with Jules's style by mixing and matching styles, bringing in vintage pieces and keeping a neutral palette, all the while thinking comfort!
Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian. A look through these two homes displays both their personal taste yet commitment to interior design, style and drama. Kourtney's home is more modern, and if you keep up with her show, stays true her penchant for black and white decor. Her home office features modern furniture and artwork, and a large white pendant, similar to our Powell Street Pendant. The large pendant adds some drama! Khloe's is more romantic, yet glam, with a Mediterranean inspired design. We particularly love the large Moroccan inspired mirror which our elaborate Venetian Allison Mirror could achieve a similar look. She also likes show stopping pieces such as the crystal chandelier in her closet (what a dream closet)! To get the Kardashians' looks, go for dramatic pieces, keep a somewhat neutral color palette (with pops of color in the case of Kourtney's home), and if you can afford to, splurge on those luxe pieces (custom furniture, high end art). Both homes also pay close attention to texture, with an emphasis on the luxurious such as soft velvet and faux fur throws.
